Meet our CEO

Kitsap County Association of REALTORS® welcomed Tiffany Claxton as their Chief Executive Officer. in August of 2019. Tiffany was previously the Director of Operations for Williamson County Association of REALTORS® in Brentwood, TN where she spent four and a half years working on member and affiliate management, business development, human resources, and sponsorships.

 

Tiffany has a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources. She is an active member of SHRM and currently serves on the NAR RPAC Participation Council as the AEC Representative.  She has served in prior years on NAR Committees including the Research Committee as the AEC Representative, and two years on the Leading Edge Advisory Board as well as the AEC Human Resources Work Group. She is RPAC Golden R President's Circle Major Investor. Tiffany also hold the REALTOR Association Certified Executive designation (RCE), AHWD, C2EX E-Pro, and is a Certified Professional Standards Administrator.

 

Tiffany, her daughter, Taylor Kayte, and fiancé, Jeff reside in the Waterman area of Port Orchard with their Yorkie named Oli and Labradoodle named Marshmallow. In her spare time, her family loves to travel and spend time at the beach, as well  as spend time at home overlooking Sinclair Inlet and Bainbridge Island.
