A graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, Lori has been practicing real estate and building businesses for 24+ years. As a REALTOR®, she has worked with everyone from multinational corporations, such as Starbucks, PetSmart, and The Gap, to luxury international residential clients and struggling first-time home buyers, providing the same compassionate, committed professional guidance to each.

In the middle of her career, Lori turned her expertise toward building a business with her engineer husband, Duncan. The result, Pondhop Automation & Controls, was a multi-million dollar industrial automation firm where Lori honed her skills in negotiation, financial analysis, and personnel management as Director of Operations with oversight of dozens of employees.

Having relocated to Bainbridge Island following the sale of their company in 2019, Lori now applies her experience in real estate and entrepreneurship to helping buyers and sellers throughout Kitsap County as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Kitsap County Association of REALTORS®.

Lori Sinclair resides on Bainbridge Island with her husband, their children Emma and Loch, their Goldendoodle, Coco, and an array of chickens. Lori serves on her children’s PTSO boards, is a member of the Poulsbo Yacht Club and the Bainbridge BARN. The family loves exploring the area’s beauty and wildlife via RV or by hiking the island’s picturesque trails.
